Cowboy Donuts in Spanish Fork Is Now The Donut Run

If you are looking for Cowboy Donuts on Center Street in Spanish Fork, you have found it. It is called The Donut Run now. Same shop, same recipes, same people.
What happened
The shop was Cowboy Donuts when we bought it. We wanted to open more of them — but the name was not for sale. So we became The Donut Run, and opened Ogden and St. George under that name.
The sign changed. Nothing that comes out of the kitchen did.
What did not change
- The recipes. Same dough, same glaze, same everything.
- The address. 1306 E Center St, Spanish Fork.
- The people. Same faces behind the counter.
- The early start. Doors at 5:00am, Monday to Saturday. Closed Sundays.
What did change, for the better
There are two more shops now — Ogden and St. George — so if you have moved, or you are travelling, there is a good chance there is one near you.
And we added kolaches: soft rolls baked around sausage, bacon, egg, cheese or ham. Very few places in Utah make them. They have quietly become the thing people drive out of their way for.
If you still call it Cowboy Donuts
Plenty of people do, and nobody behind the counter will correct you. If you are searching online and finding an old Cowboy Donuts listing with hours that look wrong or a number that does not connect, that is a leftover from before the change. The current details are always right here:
